About the restaurant
At the edge of the Atlantic, Solé by Casa Jose brings the soul of Spain to Rabat with confidence and precision.
Situated within STORY Le Carrousel Rabat Hotel, the restaurant was conceived as an independent Spanish dining destination, with its own identity, branding and atmosphere, while benefiting from the service excellence of a five-star hospitality environment.
In collaboration with Grupo Casa Jose, leader in Spanish restaurants in Morocco, the concept goes beyond replication. Solé by Casa Jose was designed as a more refined,

Executive Chef Youssef Zeroual, internationally recognized and awarded Best Chef of Cuisine Worldwide by OMG, brings technical mastery, product precision, and contemporary refinement to every creation. His culinary philosophy is rooted in balance, discipline, and elevated simplicity, where premium ingredients are treated with accuracy and respect.
Alongside him, Spanish Chef Andrés Miguel Camacho, Executive Chef of Casa Jose Group and a leading reference in Iberian gastronomy, ensures authenticity and fidelity to the soul of Spanish cuisine.
